Cancelation Policy

In the event the customer should need to cancel the appointment, this would have to be done prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period for vehicle not on site or not accessible, we will charge you a 50.00 trip/cancellation fee. In the event there are any cancellations or delays from Dash Cam Solutions LLC we will not charge you.
