Dash Cam Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is 1099 contractor and is the backbone of our day-to-day operations, helping ensure smooth communication, organization, and support across the company. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Role Type - Full or Part time, Flexible schedule.
Experience - 1 year minimum

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, emails, and assist customers with inquiries

Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians

Maintain office records, files, and supplies

Process invoices, quotes, and basic bookkeeping tasks

Provide administrative support to management and staff

Ensure smooth daily office operations

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

Comfortable with learning new software tools

Previous office or administrative experience preferred
