Office operations / Front Desk Application

Dash Cam Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is 1099 contractor and is the backbone of our day-to-day operations, helping ensure smooth communication, organization, and support across the company. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Role Type - Full or Part time, Flexible schedule.

Experience - 1 year minimum

Responsibilities:

​

  • Answer phones, emails, and assist customers with inquiries

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians

  • Maintain office records, files, and supplies

  • Process invoices, quotes, and basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations

Qualifications:

​

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

  • Comfortable with learning new software tools

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
